Is SolRay marketing lithium batteries? Is that move (see website SRNRG.com), by a side company, led by the same ceo of Snpw, under distribution agreement with Foxess for the Americas, since Dec 2022, considered tortuous interference during a blatant display of a conflict of interest.

Why would the ceo of a public company, post his mug as ceo of a side company, promoting the exact same business model and offerings as his public company’s subsidiary, being Sun Pacific Power corp?

Especially, knowing he, himself, entered into a distributor agreement with foxess for the same territory (USA), also being marketed by his side company (non-subsidiary SolRay) as offering a competitive lithium battery consumer option.

And especially, knowing he, himself, entered into another agreement with GEP Vietnam for the same territory (USA), also being marketed by his side company (non-subsidiary SolRay) as offering the best solar panel consumer option.

IMHO, any board of directors would have thrown the same ceo out the door and filed a civil suit before he got into his car.

Reckless behavior by a ceo, of a public company, to make such business decisions, with his side company, that, clearly, could pose a threat to or harm his public company’s business and shareholders’ interests.

I don’t want to hear any bullsh#t about any “coming soon” wording ad some cya attempt.

Just pray not one $1 of any Snpw cash/expense/stock distributions were related to SolRay’s business, in any form or manner, Including using Snpw/Spp web server or domain, consulting fees paid to any representatives of Snpw (incl partners) graphic design or website development paid to any Snpw related parties and/or shareholders.

in my opinion

cheers
