Read the “non-active” sales & marketing program announced for Sun Pacific Power in its most recent non-audited 2023 annual report on the OTC market website. Along with the “Shell Risk” and “Yield” warning symbols they tagged Snpw’s stock ticket with.
It’s not going to end until the corporate address (P. O. Box 388) is no longer available for SEC comment letters.
