Imho he hit his limit and was quite obvious with the 50 mil insurance wrap grade followed by a desperate facility site visit when all else had failed.
Entrepreneur and the ceo should not be used in the same sentence. No board of directors and total control of a company by the ceo opened the door for those that choose to keep the ceompany honest at every turn (PROMO). One never accounted for some to expose his schemes on a monthly basis. He lost the battle of facts and truth versus bullshit and promotions. Imho, there’s no possible way to recover after destroying a house of cards by being so stupid on Twitter and with press releases. It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to see through all of the bullshit flying around. Case in point, no more online store after not selling one cent of the dozens of products listed, no more fake nano panels being solicited on the website, no more bus shelters and bus benches under contract, zero foxess batteries and inverters sold or distributed, zero gep solar panels sold, zero pt.idn solar tech panels built for spp. Zeros across every sector of the shell company. That’s why the OTC added “Shell Risk” to this joke of a ceompany’s ticket.
Distracted self-serving greedy record along with a very questionable background (all in the public domain) is what will never make this ceo successful.
Is it possible that failing for this ceo has been more profitable and less stressful than succeeding? Especially when it’s at the mercy of the suckers that don’t know who they’re putting their faith in and therefore never know what they own.
Appreciate your obsession with a ceo that has single-handily destroyed any chance of generating $1 of solar product revenue. But did he destroy something he knew would never generate $1 of solar product revenue?
The joke has been on you know who.
in my opinion
