Still an open prosecution. Very little of what is charged will be found to be 'official acts' UNLESS ginning up a bunch of credulous rubes, like yourself, with 60 days of stop the steal bullshit, and then inciting the worst of those rubes to overturn the election, is considered official business.
WOULD all of that be considered official business if perpetrated by a defeated Dem presidential candidate?
