Bullsh#t excuse to not have to sign off on any more filings full of bullsh#t and financials that make no sense to anyone with any accounting background. Someone made a complete mess of every division of the company and doesn’t want to own it.
Biggest advantage is the ceo doesn’t have to account for any more SG&A expense allocation.
Sorry, but losers and cowards go dark when times get tough. Someone loved all of the attention when he fooled the media and public portraying to be some real businessman that was going to be Mr. Clean Energy. Instead the cat came out the bag slow and steady until the lights went out.
