Since Sun Group has expanded its relationship with SPPC one can make a reasonable assessment they are happy with SPPC work to date.
" 4000:1 reverse split, " yet to date no dilution ,percentage of ownership before RS remains the same as after.
"3.5 mi of debt, " 6 million of less debt then 3 years ago when stock rose to over 30cents a share.
"delinquent sec filings with otc tagging snpw with the YIELD SIGN," Nothing more then a paperwork issue, Company was clear clear that they were under attack by individuals threatening their business associates, and company clearly stated they will release information when they are ready..
