DALLAS, TX – July 18th, 2024. Auri Inc. (OTCPK: AURI) (the Company) Today the company is excited to announce additional developments in its Oil/Gas and Silica Quartz project.

Invest Capital RV SRL is a Moldovan registered corporation formed between the principles of Hermesprom and Mining Capital AIC/AIC Capital for the purposes of initializing one of the largest deposits of High Purity Quartz Sand in Europe. Having very low trace metal contents it has been confirmed as one of the purest deposits found in the World. Through extensive testing by Sibelco, one of the leaders in the field of HPQS, the deposit in Moldova has been determined to be ideally suited for use as a feedstock for Solar Glass and Photovoltaic components as it can be easily refined to IOTA 8 standards. The management is a dedicated group of mining professionals with decades of experience in the Sand Mining and Refining industry. Total reserves have been confirmed by the Moldovan Ministry
of Subsoil Administration to be 23.4M MT, and the site for the proposed Sand Refinery is located less than 3 km from the mine site.
