Got the bottom of the INQD trading after reading all the posts in an INQD-specific room. It's traders in Canada and there is a lag in L2 getting updated on ETrade which is why .0006s were going when .0005s were still showing.
Also, CEO working on the 1Q - he got incorrect advice from his new CFO - who is currently on vacation in China - that a 1Q wasn't required (but INQD is SEC Reporting not Alternate Reporting Standard so it was required).
