cardamine: You raise an excellent point as to the need for caution relating to the laws regarding insider trading and any communications between ohm and CYDY. I have no experience or expertise relating to this area of the law, but simply from a common sense standpoint, it would seem that ohm could volunteer information or opinions to CYDY, and that CYDY could utilize the info as it saw fit as long as CYDY did not privately disclose to ohm, or anyone else outside the company, material, non public, info regarding its use of such data.
Based on ohm's recent post re a suggestion he made to Dr Kelly some years ago, it appears that CYDY acted in a manner consistent with my hypothetical above. Ohm eventually saw a publicly issued statement from CYDY from which he inferred that CYDY may have acted on his info.
