UEEC amended the previous 8-k to change the period for determining the White Lion LLC stock purchase agreement to a fixed date. JMO they wanted to lock in the lower price only after FDA approves or the PMA has been replied too? Stay tuned! SUBJECT TO COMPLETION, DATED JULY 15, 2024

Confused no doubt here is the qualifier statement that this could be amended again...... "The registrant hereby amends this registration statement on such date or dates as may be necessary to delay its effective date until the registrant shall file a further amendment that specifically states that this registration statement shall thereafter become effective in accordance with Section 8(a) of the Securities Act of 1933, as amended, or until the registration statement shall become effective on such date as the Commission, acting pursuant to said Section 8(a), may determine."
