Recall the previous R/S's when "It was not even possible at that time" or "Not happening anytime soon".
Where do you bury 997 million shares for fun?
And all of those agreements supposedly "still in place"?
But, at least Mr. Fiduciary made JK1 look like the biggest tool in OTC pumpers' history. He's got to be trying to figure out how to explain his public display of co-conspiring fraudulent promotions to a judge in the near future.
