Forgive me but I did not read any answers to the following 2 questions and I also think they need to be asked/answered in the next conference call:
1. What is the final estimated cost of CYDY's legal fees to settle with Amarex? Including all fees being paid to SA.
2. Were we compensated specifically for legal fees, were they used to negotiate a higher settlement fee? Please explain to the shareholders that this was or was not an important consideration and was not overlooked in any way. If overlooked, is there any second chance mechanism either via settlement, SA?
This I feel is a reasonable question coming from me, a long investor. I called VP at NSF and he picked up the phone, I asked him why Amarex/NSF would jeopardize a biotech with such promising benefits to medical advancement. These were the early days and he (Thomas?) had not heard anything yet but said he would look into it immediately.
