Please don't make the big mistake by confusing/accusing Karma for anyone else's work. That was pure targeting (soliciting personal information) on twitter.
It has been addressed with Twitter. It's not going unnoticed. Public company's twitter page a real concern. Opinions or remarks are different than soliciting information on a social media platform. Then consider it being a public company's twitter page with a high probability of being posted by its ceo.
Twitter has been and still is a huge problem for this company.
