Why bother calling Snpw’s Sun Pacific Power ceo (only employee) when you can call SolRay’s ceo (also Snpw’s ceo) if you’re starting a solar project?
One would have to be a bit conflicted (not all there), to publish the likes of the above, in the public domain, let alone the ceo of a publicly traded company.
Then to make matters worse, not file a disclosure, to shareholders of Snpw. No 8-K filed after 7 months, since the material event took place, becoming the ceo of a brutally similar conflicting/competitive business.
But, all seems just fine with the majority. Just like it was when they found out about competitive side company, to Medrecycler, MSW Recycler, which never became part of Snpw and still exists today as published at mswmedrecycler.com. And just like
when all was fine when the same Snpw ceo took 100% membership of Medrecycler llc and Medrecycler-Ri.
There’s those that fight for what’s right and there are those that lay down and let themselves get run over.
Tick tock on the SEC clock. 4 days before another quarterly filing is due.
