The low IQ eejit is CONveniently unable to grasp how Holdco's work and why SNPW being Spp Pty's shareholder exercises full control over its subsidiary.
Obvious the reason for this is because it destroys the fraud narrative since 2023 that SNPW had, and would have no business interests in Australia
