Spp corp owns no part of Spp Australia pty ltd. It’s owned by a limited number of shareholders. We will wait for Walt Campanella to share what % of Spp Australia pty ltd Snpw owns and if it’s being treated as a CFC or not.
The paid pumper may also want to find out who else owns shares in non-Snpw subsidiary private foreign company, subject to non-translational Australian currency financials, known as Spp Australia pty ltd.
