Some tell numbnuts that Sun Pacific Power Australia pty ltd is not under Sun Pacific Power Corporation.

That is false and misleading information.

Figure it out and then remind your mentor to correct his false and misleading tweet.

Just pray Spp corp is not getting paid for Spp Australia pty ltd to export/redirect same GEP/Sun Group’s solar panel’s, previously shipped to its U.S. llc warehouse, to Australia. lol

The maestro knows exactly what Sun Pacific Power Australia pty ltd is under. It’s under the control of Australia’s corporation rules.

Spp corp owns no part of Spp Australia pty ltd. It’s owned by a limited number of shareholders. We will wait for Walt Campanella to share what % of Spp Australia pty ltd Snpw owns and if it’s being treated as a CFC or not.

The paid pumper may also want to find out who else owns shares in non-Snpw subsidiary private foreign company, subject to non-translational Australian currency financials, known as Spp Australia pty ltd. It’s not even a branch as incorporated, let alone not a subsidiary. Shares are just a balance sheet asset or liability. Snpw shareholders only have more to lose when its free interest/shares in the off shore shell company becomes a liability after the money flowing through it shows nothing each year.

In the meantime, please switch from tweet parrot mode to due diligence mode.

in my opinion

cheers
