If anyone would like to send a Victim Impact State

If anyone would like to send a Victim Impact Statement, there is a link near the bottom of the Court's summary of the case against you-know-who and Kazempour. I wonder if we can write on behalf of all the people who may have died needlessly because of Kazempour's alleged actions?
