A same $15m we would have waited 5-7 months from now, to recieve.

Then waiting months for another payment, etc...etc..

While still having the image of dirty shenanigans attached to us.

Now what do you think Mgt could do with that money in the mean time? Exactly, far more valuable activity, than the value of the settled differences.

I wouldn't be surprised if we now get NIH funding.
Also do you modify/change/cancel, the size of the Warrant offerings?

Either way, we own a real company, with great foundational plans, with great press release structure, that we can finally believe in what is being said
