No doubt, but the previous exec who shall go unnamed had his hand in this miserable fecal stained pie, did he not? A mediator might not have swung the needle farther in our favor; $26M of benefit to the company and SA was prepaid?
I'd say the company did well overall.
Hats off to the team for a pretty darn ok outcome and I look forward to trials, publications and positive results going forward.
