Maybe that Q3 2023 financial performance was the bashers fault. Then use the bashers excise some more to justify setting up a side company, SolRay, advertising a copy of Sun Pacific Power’s solar play book and promoting some of the same individuals, as SolRay team members (including Nicky as its ceo of course) that were supposedly representing Snpw’s business in the same Q4 2023 filing period.
