The same filing stating $0 sales and revenue for the period July 1 thru September 30, 2023 but spent almost 400k on mysterious SG&A expenses. That’s almost 30K per week.
Then no more convertible private money available to further the spending. Cash was just about gone on September 30, 2023.
Maybe that Q3 2023 financial performance was the bashers fault. Then use the bashers excise some more to justify setting up a side company, SolRay, advertising a copy of Sun Pacific Power’s solar play book and promoting some of the same individuals, as SolRay team members (including Nicky as its ceo of course) that were supposedly representing Snpw’s business in the same Q4 2023 filing period.
