Is it 10 days left for the Grace Period before possibly landing on the Expert Market?
Do your homework because the company won't warn you, nor disclose to you, what you need to know. It's as clear as day, by looking at the gross negligence, with delinquent filings and no explanation for delinquency, for the past 3 months since 2023 10-K was due.
IMHO, you can bet that the VIP insiders know what's going, but the common shareholder will be wearing a blindfold all the way through til the end. The company is out of excuses and money, so the embarrassment and humiliation has only led to silence and side business behind the curtain.
Keep an eye on Snpw's side company, SolRay (non-subsidiary) set up in November 2023, and Sun pacific Power Pty Ltd (non subsidiary), set up just prior to SolRay. That was Q4 when the money ran out and no more private loans could be scrounged up for furthering Snpw/SPP promotions except for a hyped up last pump attempt, site visit, at a facility with no lease or purchase agreement in place, 6 months ago.
