15 day grace period until trading can be shut down and period to allow investors to exit.
15 day grace period started 90 days from start date of delinquent 10-K filing. 2023 10-K was due April 1st.
Shitshow because ceo put out a January 16, 2024 tweet saying he’ll update/disclose “when we’re ready”.
Who’s “we”? 1-man band and wise brother in law no longer signs off on filings. Lmao!!
