Here is an abstract explaining how mislocation and aggregation, of TPD-43, is caused by inflammation. Leronlimab should help control this inflammation. Additionally, some of the other controlling proteins and macrophages are down regulated by Leronlimab. This makes me feel better about Leronlimab having a positive effect on Alzheimer's and ALS (TPD-43 is a key player in ALS).
