It's unfortunate the new PROMO doesn't involve a subsidiary of Snpw. The PROMO is centered around an Australian (non-public) private proprietary Pty Ltd entity that you need to know who owns shares in Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd. Because it ain't Sun Pacific Holding Corp, nor Sun Pacific Power Corp.

Too bad covert (non-disclosed) SolRay (ceo's side company), laced with conflicting same reps as Snpw/Spp business, is ALSO not a subsidiary of Snpw.
The wizard "appears" to be trapped like a rat with the SEC (NO FILINGS) due some "possible" serious mishaps during Q4 and Q1 2024?
All of this focus and effort on entities not named (NO DISCLOSURES FOR 7 MONTHS) as subsidiaries of Snpw. Meanwhile, Snpw sitting still with potential ZERO revenue for 12 straight months. Will th big quiet period be enough time for the wizard to stack the deck. Shareholders getting abused week after week due to lack of fiduciary obligations being fulfilled.
