Maybe he doesn’t know what Karma knows? Sun Pacific Power is a corporation and a wholly owned subsidiary of Snpw.
Waiting to see who owns shares of Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd.. You won’t have to wait much longer. But, it ain’t Snpw, that’s for sure. Not happening. There’s a real reason for NO 8-K regarding the registered foreign entity. It’s a private proprietary company not able to be owned by the public.
Druggie’s mentor forgot to tell him Disney only controls its Australian Disney Pty Ltd entity through a 99 year lease with NSW state government. No lease means no Disney ownership.
More schooling of druggie coming soon. This revelation ought to put water on the smoke and mirrors due to NO filings now in Q3 of 2024.
