Not part of Snpw. They won’t tell you that. K

Karma has posted why a private Australian Pty Ltd cannot be owned by the public, i.e. a public company unless it’s registered on the Australian stock exchange. It’s restricted to a limited number of individual shareholders.
Don’t let them fool you by tweeting it’s part of Sun Pacific Power. Can’t be and the ceo doesn’t even know this. The Australian IBN number means nothing with respect to a wholly owned subsidiary aka SPP. SPP is owned by Snpw shareholders until it also disappears from the Snpw website subsidiary list with Elba Power Corp like Medrecycler, Bella Electric and Sun Pacific Security did. If Sun Pacific Power was not wholly owned by Snpw, the Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd scenario could be different.
Waiting on Campy to explain how karma is incorrect about SPP Pty Ltd business not being part of Snpw financials and reporting.
in my opinion
