When I proposed $32k a year for leronlimab I think my rough estimate for cost to manufacture in large batch at wholesale to Cytodyn would be around $160. Distribution, marketing, FDA compliance, overhead and profit margin were roughly figured in so I thought that $615 a shot in HIV would be the minimum and that's if we set up our own small distribution arm.

With MASH the scales of economy might come into play if we could capture a large share of the market. Although under current conditions the best case scenario for distribution would be like the deal we had for Covid where we paid a percentage to a company to distribute so that $615 is probably still close. Although the profit margin I figured in could be reduced a bit with a large prescription base.
