Because it means ZERO to Snpw public company's business. There are no terms or conditions, for a reason, that define any type of partnership for Australia related business.
More concerning is Beijing Energy International(Australia) Co.,Ltd representative, Wenwei Shi, is also listed on ceo's side company (SolRay) "About Us" team member page, as "Director of Operations" at https://srnrg.com/about-us/
