Wonder why it was removed? I was responding to the wizard's lapdog.
They'll probably put it back up with karma's clout and trump cards.

Tell your friend Dolly that People who are indicted are not formally charged. The grand jury only decides if there is enough or not enough evidence to formally charge. And some People don’t get indicted if they flip before a grand jury convenes. How do you think the prosecutors get so much evidence to hand to a grand jury? lol
The federal investigative agent unsealed complaint might tell ya’ll what you need to know when judging one’s character having more than a bystander’s role. There was a boat load of evidence disclosed in the SDNY complaint.
How and why one doesn’t get charged when named as a co-conspirator in federal crimes is anyone’s guess.
This is public information published in the public domain in many areas of the internet.
Whether charged, or not, the facts speak high volumes. Everyone should decide, for themselves, if they want to do business with anyone based on background, trust and character. I suspect anyone trying to split hairs between significant involvement, and not formally charged, probably, have their souls up for sale to pay for groceries or attend the annual family summer cookout.
my opinions are just that
good luck
