Situation is about as ugly as it can get.
Very toxic situation. Behind the scenes, conflicting business, still non-disclosed is NOT good at all IMO. at all!
IMO, It's very simple logic. When you have to hide something (i.e. SolRay/MSW Recycler), so obviously concerning, to the average person, the problems are bigger than promotional, dog-whistling, cryptic, photoshopped, bullsh#tting social media posts.
And you don't get anything close to a reasonable explanation, for violating SEC regulations, for months, except for using a January 2024 tweet "when we're ready" as an excuse to not file in April 2024. Then file a NT 10-K on April 1, 2024 that clearly states the company will be filing its 10-K within the allowable 15 day late filing window, and doesn't. IMO, it's NOT good at all.
IMO, distance yourselves from this ceo with his signature on all of its filings. And distance yourselves from any paid pumpers trying to do the company's bidding on message boards. It's a dire situation. Just look at the recent brain-dead posting by Jk1. And his desperate admiration (tied to hip) of druggie. All the signs of a sinking Snpw ship are there.
IMO, the fearless leader has created an absolute mess when looking at the most recent filings. It appears, so much of a mess that the same leader cannot find a way to file with the SEC with his signature on the bottom line.
