Lots of frustration. But what are we looking at to be so frustrated? Our past? The last 6 months have shown two major things. Relationships established with others in marketing, manufacturing, and installing. Settling of what had the potential of being a major lawsuit for a few pennies on the dollar. Legacy, Lindon, fleet trials with 10 major trucking companies. 10th generation of Hy Impact with telematics coming. 1st deal signed Dec. 4th last year. 2nd major thing-major stock price increase fueled in part by one NDAer and in part by someone claiming to own 10s of millions of shares and dropping one hint after another about chicken dinners. And in part by us thinking we had won the lottery and dreaming about what we were going to do with all the money. We left the attacks from the other place and thought, finally, a place where we can have some open honest discussions about this investment. Sadly, that has not happened. We have turned into three camp- one is looking at all the progress of the last 6 months and is impressed and is willing to patiently wait for things to roll out, even if that is another 3 to 6 months. We have another camp that just about all they see is scam. We have another camp that is so frustrated by the lack of info from the company they don't honestly know what to think. Depending on the camp, things are seen in different ways. When the group went to HQ, I honestly was not expecting the company to answer the board questions. What they came back with, was what I was most interested to hear. These are a good bunch of people working their tail off to make this work. But, I am in the first camp. There is nothing I could possibly say to convince anyone of my point of view. I will say, as I have said in the past, I think it is going to be 2-3 months more before we hear anything substantive from the company. So I am not walking on pins and needles every day-as in, is this the day, week, month when the rocketship takes off. I think, because of our past, we have come to expect too much too soon from this company and it clouds our perception from seeing anything good. Everyone needs to make their own decisions. I see good things ahead, soon. My best to all, Jim
