the NT 10-K included this check-off as "Yes"
anyone actually believe that there was any significant effort to complete the 2023 10-K? Looks at what we know was going on throughout all of Q4 2023. It didn't like much of an effort affiliated with Snpw did it?
- supposed "long 6 month process" (starting late Q4 2023) of applying for a non-subsidiary Australian Pty (properietary private) company aka Sun Pacific Power Pty Ltd, to become some worthless Australian importer for GEP/Sun Group solar panels.
- registering a competitive solar panel/battery side company, aka SolRay, Inc. , in the state of South Carolina as of November 28, 2023
- registering the SolRay, Inc website domain URL (SRNRG.com) as of November 25, 2023
- Ceo's China twitter photo-op tour (early Dec. 2023) with visits to many of same representatives published on Snpw ceo's side company (SolRay) website , at SRNRG.com, just 1-2 weeks prior to the Ceo's China visit.
IMHO, that's what "without unreasonable effort" means to me when wondering why Snpw was (still unable) unable to file its 2023 10-K, in a timely manner, since April 1, 2024. How much of an effort was made? LOL
