Mullen Automotive (NASDAQ: MULN), an electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, an electric vehicle (“EV”) manufacturer, today announced that its subsidiary, Bollinger Motors, has received its Certificate of Conformity from the Environmental Protection Agency (“EPA”) for its Class 4 B4 Chassis Cab.
