Someone has an excessive grasp for the obvious.
Recessions or deeper recessions are an option for any economy based on international technological and economic globalization related to trade and other foreign affairs.
Please don’t compare Snpw to anything global with respect to business. The company hasn’t generated $1 of solar product revenue domestically in its backyard, and any other country, for that matter. The company has been inflicted by some bipolar disorder claiming to be a conglomerate for 7 years and zero solar product sales amongst their dozens of solar products promoted in tweets, its websites and press releases.
The nano/cigs products campaign was laced with fraud. Thus, the reason that content was removed form the company’s website after 16 months of false advertising by nano/cigs oem/vendor and product descriptions.
Start with praying the company can find a path yo being able to disclose (accurately) to the SEC and its shareholders. Pray it’s a only case of not having the money to pay Turner & Stone. Because it ain’t due to due diligence keeping them hones so-called trolls and bashers used as on excuse in January 2024 tweet dogwhistle by paid pumpers.
Why not? Because Snpw 2023 annual business to report for 10-k filing was already completed BEFORE January 2024 tweet. And 2023 annual business to report for 10-k filing was already completed BEFORE January 12-14 promoted site visit.
Then consider the damning fact that Snpw/Campanella had not signed, any type of lease agreement nor a lease option nor a LOI nor a property purchase agreement, prior to the highly promoted mystery location site visit. And remember the site visit was announced in mid December 2023 with no 8-k filed related to any property related to the same highly promoted mystery site visit.
Then keep in mind the photoshopped images posted on social media came after the January tweet accusing the bashers and trolls as the reason for for waiting until “when we’re ready” to disclose NOTHING that could be disclosed with NO site anywhere close to being secured to justify any significance to a highly promoted mysterious site visit. Now we know why the site was so mysterious because it was random to meet the need to fulfill a much needed promotion as always for potential blind investors for another project that will NEVER happen. IMO.
Unfortunately, this black swan doesn’t have wings and not by accident.
