Who is (are) selling all those shares is what I don't understand and why.

If the strong hands hold more than half of the float, if you count how many shares have been selling at 0.0002 for the past 4 months you will be amazed.

There were not that amount of shares bought at 0.0002 by any means-are people selling at huge loss or who is doing all this selling?
