I would think that if it was going to drop down to 9 cents it would have done so by now. A lower price for warrants is balanced by the knowledge that a successful offering will start the ball rolling for the CRC trial.
The price of shares is dependent on supply, demand and whatever manipulations exist. I don't see regular shareholders fleeing in terror. Now there does seem to be an increase in people trying to manipulate the price even by private messages. But no one should be taking what the scalawags and ne'er-do-wells say seriously.
