Repetitive comments from Dr Dalton using verbiage that can be interpreted however anyone wants. Nothing has change or is moving forward for shareholders imho… still in a holding pattern for summer. The charitable work that NMHA is doing is what is moving forward. If he completed his sentences he could easily bring clarity but he does that to be purposely vague. Standard delay tactics.
