Did the ceo file with the SEC yet?
Or is the 2023 10-k still delinquent? Does the ceo not know what the company did, or didn’t do innthe 4th quarter of 2023? Only had Q4 of 2023 to button down to complete the annual 10-k.
Maybe the due diligence work, which discovered some non-disclosed information, by the ceo, put the skids on the 10-k filing?
Then Q1 2024 10-Q wasn’t filed. Wondering why? Good luck because the ceo refuses to tell you why for over 2 months. Simple lack of fiduciary duties as a ceo.
