Interestingly the 40hz treatment also increased reactive astrocytes. This increase may be due cytokines crossing to the brain in the increased exchange of fluids caused by the treatment. In Alzheimer's patients an overabundance of reactive astrocytes can increase neuronal damage. That increase is largely driven by NF-kb and Stat3 both of which are downregulated by leronlimab.
