I suspect its outside influence to deflate the price so that exercising warrants is depressed. why exercise a warrant when the price is almost the same as you can buy on the market. click a button to buy on platform vs contact cydy, fill out forms, wait, fund and transfer funds, wait...
thus you induce more cost and difficulty onto cydy by forcing other funding mechanisms.
At the prices we are talking about its kind of ridiculous to jump through all these hoops. to exercise 200k warrants is +/-26k$. People with that number of warrants dont need to collect cash to purchase the warrants.
20k warrants is $2600. At that level why jump through the collecting cash hoops?
