$POWN / POW! Entertainment and MKC Entertainment Join Forces to Present Stan Lee's POW!er Concerts

The Concerts series will leverage the power of Stan Lee’s iconic worldwide brand and the expertise of MKC Entertainment's Government Contracting experience.

POW! Entertainment, the media and entertainment company founded by comic legend Stan Lee announced today that it has teamed up with MKC Entertainment to form the Stan Lee’s Power Concerts – a series of superhero-themed concerts to bring live entertainment to military installations or bases across the United States. The Concert series will kick-off with the first concert located on Camp Pendleton’s Pacific Views on April 5, 2013 featuring Gloriana.

The Concerts series will leverage the power of Stan Lee’s iconic worldwide brand and the expertise of MKC Entertainment’s Government Contracting experience (The contracts will be in the name of SLPC). A percentage of topline revenue will benefit the Moral and Welfare programs (MWR) on bases with a percentage of proceeds benefiting various charitable organizations such as Wounded Warriors and the Semper Fi Fund. Tickets will be sold to all military personnel at discounted rates during an exclusive period and will be available to the general public.
