What is PlantX today - it`s assets are now;
Boombox Club Ltd., PlantX Midwest Inc., PlantX Israel and Score Enterprises Ltd., which operates the Squamish, British Columbia based Locavore Bar & Grill, the Cloudburst Cafe and Locavore Food Truck.
Assets SOLD, see below;
Vegaste Technologies US Corp., Little West LLC, Plant Based Deli LLC, and PlantX Living Inc., and the Company's 53% interest in Portfolio Coffee, Inc. and 51% interest Eh Coffee Corp.
Ownership Stake: Following the transaction, PlantX is expected to own approximately 60% of NewCo’s issued and outstanding shares, subject to adjustments based on the NewCo Financing.
Consequences (potential) as a lack of information; do PlantX loose 40% of it`s market value? Also 40% of it`s revenue and cashflow.[/b] Lack of transparency on the deal, creates further doubt about the PlantX stock.
