This is very blurry, looked into the filings of PlantX, yet no information clarifying.
Retail investors are paying for the transaction, as OS is 98-99% and free float.
As I read the article over again, I cant help see the paralells to the Namaste - Scandal,
meaning Dollinger is taking a huge chunk of the Cayman Island shell company (1M of total 6M).
This is going to be NewCo, not PlantX over time - that`s IMO the plan.
Time will tell, yet as it is a significant transformation on the company -
one could expect more and detailed information on the new deal.
