Many, but not all, of the people who are exercising their warrants participated in a recent investors call which was not open to the public. To be on these calls, they need (or were supposed to be) under a signed NDA because there is inside information that was shared with them. That's what gives them the insentive and confidence to sell their shares to help fund exercising their warrants. I, as many others on this board, have at one time or another signed an NDA and were not allowed to trade the stock on the open market until ALL inside information that was shared with me was made public. That's what I'm referring to.
