I'm getting more confused now. As you said in your
Post# of 148198
People have warrants received during a raise by the company (or maybe as part of compensation for work done for the corporation?). I suppose shareholders must have access to the details of the previous raises (price per unit? Unit = one share plus a warrant or some fraction of a warrant). "retain" or "maintaining" same number of shares indicates 1 warrant for every 1 share, is that right?
I suppose I should know what the warrant holders paid and what the current incentive-to-exercise details are, but I don't. Can someone share those details, including deadline to exercise? Those details can't really be inside info, can they? Info available to some market participants, but not all? I'll look at the Cytodyn website. Thanks.
