They set up a foreign entity and have listed it as a subsidiary to Snpw for a reason.
Good luck following the money with the Spp Australia ltd entity. They will us Spp affiliate to make it look like Spp Australia ltd business will benefit Snpw’s numbers.
It won’t matter because the foreign Spp Australia ltd entity, non-subsidiary and not subject to Snpw’s consolidated financials, won’t import a single solar panel to Australia. Unless, it’s a skirt around for GEP/China not being able to ship to Australia due to restricted trade reasons.
At any rate, it’s all smoke and mirrors to avoid facing the serious delinquent filings matter with the SEC.
Only 2 weeks left for Q2 2024 and the company never even filed a NT 10-Q (let alone a 10-Q) for delinquent Q1 2024.
Bankruptcy is slow and steady until it happens fast.
