Tortious interference is a common law tort allowing a claim for damages against a defendant who wrongfully interferes with the plaintiff's contractual or business relationships.
What about when Don Moss was contacted and person tried scared tactics and false identities to try to extort information from him concerning the Site Visit.
That sounds to me like extortion and Intentional Tortious Interference imo.
