With only 261,751 OS and a 4000 to 1 RS put in place there doesn't appear to be much pumping or dumping going on.

And accused me of "Tortious Interference, slander and defamation"
I was super impressed that he was able to spell all those big words correctly, never mind understand what they mean...
I guess we're all supposed to just look the other way while this world-class con artist:
-Gets caught up in a N95 mask scandal during a pandemic.
-Gets jammed up, yet again, in a pot licensing scheme.
-Enacted a 4000 to 1 reverse split effectively wiping out shareholders.
-Fails to file a SEC 10K Annual Report.
All the while blowing smoke up everyone's arse on the SEC sanctioned X platform with all kinds of misleading BS.
Ironically, all the people and places were legit. Sadly it was all for the wrong shareholders....
...and I'm the one threatened with legal action by this clown.
