karma uses no brainer filings & tweets to know what karma knows
she doesn't deserve that much credit. she's no fortune teller.
not enough people read the filings in depth enough to find major weaknesses in the company's business, other than being broke and burning cash at a ridiculous rate, with sales approaching zero very quickly, only to hit that number ZERO.
then there's the ability to read through the cryptic tweets. they were cryptic, including hashtags, for a REASON
then there's the incredible inaccurate and fake website content burning for over 2 years. the non-existent Nano/Cigs products website content was not published for NO REASON.
that's how karma knows. it's a no brainer if one takes the time and does the due diligence. just need to look for the same leopard's spots. and it's free!
so back to who knew what, when, where and how, BEFORE THE PUBLIC KNEW, based on the same characters spending so much time together from September 2023 til January 2024. Many things happened that resulted in a new company (SolRay) being formed in an undisclosed manner for a REASON. then the same characters, seeming to be comfortable with photo-ops, despite ZERO business being done (or been done), show up on the ceo's new company (SolRay) website as TEAM SOLRAY??
what did druggie know before the public knew?
it will definitely be determined in due time. way too much of a coincidence, including the covert nature, with Snpw ceo forming a new entity with NO DISCLOSURE/NO 8-K by December 4, 2023.
maybe read the securities laws for principals of public traded companies and post it for us to see how legal the non-disclosed forming of SolRay is. if not, I will find that information for you.
