Ironically, the most concerning part of these developments is the fact that the Snpw/ceo has not made any attempt to DISCLOSE any information relating to Solray, Inc, by X/Twitter, nor a press release and certainly NO FILING.

So, it begs the questions, who knew what, where, when and how relating to a public company's (Snpw) planned business decisions, BEFORE they actually happened AND BEFORE any shareholders knew (well maybe a few knew?) and BEFORE any of these events were made public (or not made public yet)?
Such as;

RE+ Las Vegas - Sept 2023 - meet and greets with GEP Vietnam/Sun Group, ATW and SC Solar and perhaps sidekick G-man? - 4 months after lunch with sidekick G-man at New Jersey airport (May 2023) supposedly traveling the world for SPP/Elba?; AND at least 3 months after Elba Power Corp Alabama property purchase agreement expired; AND only 2 months before Snpw ceo's plan to form a new entity aka SolRay, Inc (same business model as Snpw's subsidiaries SPP & EPC) - fair question would be "was upcoming SolRay startup (Nov-2023) and/or upcoming Reverse Split Pre DEF 14C and SCHEDULE 14C (Oct 2023 & Feb 2024) discussed at RE+ 2023"?

- SolRay, Inc business registration - Nov. 28, 2023 - just 1 month following RE+ 2023

- SolRay, Inc "SRNRG.com" domain name registration and website development - Nov. 25, 2023 - including SolRay, Inc future team members (Solray having same business model as Snpw's subsidiaries SPP & EPC) - just 1 month following RE+ 2023

- Snpw reverse stock split Pre DEF-14C board approval date of Oct. 13, 2023 - just 1 month following RE+ 2023

- Ceo's China photo-ops trip - Nov-Dec 2023 - meeting SolRay, Inc future team members (Solray having same business model as Snpw's subsidiaries SPP & EPC) - just 1 week or same week as SolRay, Inc business registration on Nov. 28, 2023.

- Ceo's site visit - Jan 12-14, 2024 - just 1 month after China trip photo-ops with some of the same team members already listed on Snpw ceo's new entity aka SolRay website [/i]

Once again, who knew what, where, when and how relating to a public company's (Snpw) planned business decisions, such as planned trips, expenses, agreements, contracts, registering of a new South Carolina entity, websites and Reverse Stock Split date, BEFORE they actually happened AND BEFORE any shareholders knew and BEFORE any of these events were made public (or not yet made public)?

Then one has to wonder if anyone that did know what, where, when and how relating to a public company's (Snpw) planned business decisions, such as planned trips, expenses, agreements, contracts, registering of a new South Carolina entity, websites and Reverse Stock Split date, BEFORE they actually happened AND BEFORE any shareholders knew and BEFORE any of these events were made public (or not yet made public bought Snpw stock before, during or after they knew?

Time will tell.
